Integrations
Connect your Outlook calendar through Microsoft 365, see the tools built into Chronica, and check whether your firm can take online payments.
Open Integrations
Open Settings, then Integrations under Security. You'll see four cards:
| Card | What it does | Status you may see |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 | Adds the events you host in Chronica to your Outlook calendar | Not connected, Connected or Needs reconnecting |
| ONLYOFFICE | Lets you edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files together inside Chronica | Built in |
| Azure Blob Storage | Where your firm's documents are stored, encrypted at rest | Built in |
| Online payments | Lets clients pay invoices online through Chronica | On, Opening or Not set up |
The two Built in tools need no setup. They are part of every firm's account.
Connect your Outlook calendar
Each person connects their own Microsoft account. Connecting yours doesn't connect anyone else's.
- On the Microsoft 365 card, click Connect.
- Sign in to Microsoft with your work account and allow Chronica access to your calendar.
- Wait on the Connecting your Microsoft 365 calendar screen. It takes a few seconds.
Once connected, the card shows Connected, the Microsoft account you used and the date you connected it. From then on, events you host in Chronica are added to your Outlook calendar.
If you cancel the Microsoft sign-in or decline permission, Chronica tells you the calendar wasn't connected. Click Connect to try again.
Reconnect or disconnect
If the card says Needs reconnecting, Microsoft has stopped accepting the sign-in, and new events aren't reaching Outlook. Click Reconnect and sign in again.
To stop adding events to Outlook:
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm with Disconnect, or click Keep connected to change your mind.
Events already in Outlook stay where they are. You can connect again at any time.
Online payments
The Online payments card shows whether your clients can pay invoices online. When it's on, the card shows the bank account Chronica pays you into.
- Click Set up payouts if online payments aren't set up yet.
- Click Manage payouts to change the account.
Both take you to Settings, then Payouts. For the full steps, see Online payments and payouts.
Opening means the account Chronica pays you into is still being opened. The card changes to On when it's ready.

Do I need to connect ONLYOFFICE to edit documents?

Can I connect Google Calendar?
